St John’s College intends to offer up to six Visiting Scholarships during the period mid-July to mid September 2009. The scholarships are for academic teaching staff who will hold tenured posts in UK universities for the duration of the scholarship. They are not open to graduate students or research assistants.
Academic-Year Ambassadorial Scholarships are for one academic year abroad and provide funding for round-trip transportation, tuition and fees, room, board, necessary educational supplies, and language training (if necessary) up to a maximum award of US $23,000 or its equivalent.
