Belgian Bilateral Scholarship 2009 – 2010
Scholarships for Vietnamese nationals who want to obtain Master or PhD degrees from universities in Belgium
Belgian Bilateral Scholarships, funded through the Directorate General for Development Cooperation (DGDC) under the Federal Public Service of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation, enable young professionals from Vietnam to pursue postgraduate studies in Belgium and gain new expertise for the benefit of their country.
Number of Scholarships: For the academic year 2009-2010, forty (40) scholarships are made available for Vietnamese nationals who want to obtain Master or PhD degrees from universities in Belgium.
Eligibility and Selection Criteria:
Applicants must be nationals of, and residing in Vietnam.
Not being older than 35 years for Master and 40 years for Mixed PhD (up to 5th January 2009).
Having a full-time official university degree.
Having at least 2 years of full-time working experience after undergraduate study (up to January 2009).
Candidates must be fluent in English or in French.

My name is Engda Oda 24 years of age. I am from Ethiopia. I have a bachelor Degree in Animal Production And Range Land Management from Debub university Awassa College of Agriculture. Currently I am working in in one of Ethiopian Agricultural Research center as a researcher and I have a 3(three) years work experience in research areas. I have a great desire to continue my future education to MSc level fields related to my BSc. To deliver & perform my responsibility fully to the rate that my country expected & to participate in the development endeavors of my country by making myself part of the solution I need further education. Hence it is my firm motive to study my MSc. (second degree in Animal science).
