First Year Scholarships 2009 – For The Graduate Studentds
Scholarship Introduction:
This scenario is intended to provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate your creative vision of the role technology will play in the future. Respond in imaginative and creative ways maybe you will draw a new portable media device, write a beta version of some software, write about the role of technology in the future or submit a video simulation of your idea.
Eligibility for Scholarship:
• Demonstrated engagement with creative technologies (as shown by your application).
• The creative vision of the future shown in response to the scenario.
• The understanding of technical issues demonstrated in both your application and in response to the scenario.
How to apply:
AUT Encourages early application.
This programme will remain open until all places have been filled.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
• University Entrance
• Evidence of Creative interest/abilities*
• Interview may be required*
Note: Entrance to university does not guarantee admission to a specific programme of study.

Important Dates:
Starting date: 2 March 2009
Interviews will be scheduled during the week of 6 Oct. Interviews are approximately 20 minutes long. Students will be notified regarding interviews during the week of 22 Sept.
