Fulbright Scholarships 2010- The Australian-American Fulbright Commission for Australian citizens

Scholarship Introduction:

Fulbright Scholarships are available to Australian citizens from all fields to undertake research or study in the United States for 3-12 months.

Eligibility for Scholarship:

1. Nationality

a. Applicants must be Australian citizens by birth or naturalisation.

2. Interview requirements

a. Postgraduate and Postdoctoral Scholarship applicants are required to attend an interview, in their state of residence, if they are short-listed.

b. The interviews are conducted by State Selection Committees in late September and early October annually – see timeline for specific dates.

3. Medical requirements

a Applicants must complete and pass the medical examination before a Scholarship offer can be finalised.
