MacEwan University Canada -2010 High school Scholarship
Scholarship Introduction:
The Grant MacEwan College Young Women of Vision Bursary was established in conjunction with the Global TV Woman of Vision Awards to assist financially challenged women start along the path to fulfilling their career aspirations. This is an annual bursary with a value of $1500 to attend Grant MacEwan College.
Scholarship Eligibility:
Young women entering their first year of post-secondary education at Grant MacEwan College.
Applicants must submit an essay outlining their long range goals and vision for their future.
Essays should be typed, double spaced, and no more than six pages.
Applicants must have applied to their program of choice, met the entrance requirements and be accepted into a full-time program (applications in process are acceptable).
Based on financial need.

Important dates:
Applications must be received by 4:30 p.m., January 29, 2010. Applications may be dropped off or mailed to Grant MacEwan College, Student Resource Centre, Room 7-112A, 10700-104 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5J 4S2 or faxed at (780) 497-4656.
