About School:
Temple University’s Beasley School of Law offers a different kind of law school experience: a Real World, Real Law experience that incorporates academic and practical applications of legal study into rigorous classroom experiences.
Detail:
All students are welcome to apply for a limited number of scholarships available through the Office of International Programs. These scholarships are based on academic and extracurricular achievement and financial need. Determinations will be made by the Office of International Programs. The Temple Law School Financial Aid Office will be notified of all students receiving a scholarship, and it will be included as part of your financial aid package.
Eligibility:
Students must be U.S. citizens enrolled in a J.D. program at an accredited law school and have been accepted into the Temple University Japan Law Program.
Application Checklist:
1) Completed application form (next page)
2) One-page letter from the candidate explaining why he/she is interested in
studying in Japan and what he/she plans to achieve if awarded a scholarship. If applicable, please include one paragraph which speaks to the issue of your financial need.
Note: Please note that students receiving financial aid must have the application form signed by an official from the home institution financial aid office.
