I am currently doing my MSc with the Netherlands Maritime University. I will be out in March 2010. Can I apply for this grant now? I have interest in the training of seafarers around the world especially in the Middle East and Vietnam areas. There is an acute shortage of seafarers in the world, and shipping being a truly global industry. I want to carry out a research on how this problem can be solved through the education of people from the Asian Region or the Middle East. Thanks. i am into Shipping and Transport.
