These scholarships are offered in conjunction with the launch of new Masters degrees in the area of International Security at Sussex in 2009:
LLM Law and International Security
MA Conflict, Security and Development
MA Geopolitics and Grand Strategy
MA International Security
MA Strategic and Security Studies
MSc Security Technologies and Systems

• The scholarships will be offered as a reduction in tuition fees of £3,500.
• Open to international students paying the overseas (non-EU) rate of fee.
• The scholarships will be awarded to students who possess the highest academic ability and potential (not made on the basis of financial need).

Eligibility: Applicants must
be applying for one of the above Masters degrees
commence the degree in October 2009 (awards cannot be deferred to subsequent years)
be classified as paying “overseas” (non-EU) tuition fees.

Notes:Current Sussex undergraduate students are eligible to apply.
Students awarded one of these scholarships may not also hold a Chancellor’s International Scholarship.

SOC offers prestigious merit-based awards to full-time journalism graduate applicants in partnership with the organizations below. MA candidates receive a scholarship for a designated number of academic credits plus a stipend and an opportunity to pursue professional projects on a part-time basis with some of the country’s finest news organizations.
